Tasting note
Ruby red color. Aromatic and fresh on the nose, with distinct minerality and notes of red cherries, raspberries and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, lots of freshness, lightness and intense, complex aromas. An extremely elegant vintage that was exclusively vinified with the autochthonous Callet grape variety.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aged cheese, game, beef
Vinification
50% vinified in steel tanks and in 2500 liter wooden barrels. Then aged for 12 months in new 600-liter French wooden barrels.
