Tasting note
Shiny black red. Full bouquet of dark chocolate, marzipan and aronia berries, and black cherries. Round and full-bodied on the palate with a very pleasant freshness. An extremely elegant wine — just as majestic as the Andalusian horses bred by the Golding family on the estate. The grapes are harvested exclusively at night. The varieties ferment spontaneously and are vinified on a pure basis. The sea breeze and the north-west facing, shady location create an ideal microclimate for optimal ripening of the grapes.
