Golden yellow, concentrated scents on the nose. Crystallized amaranes, quince, orange zest, kumquat, apricots, litchi and honey on the palate. The wine shows its very elegant sweetness with a fresh, long finish, perfect. It was aged in new French oak for 12 months and bottled in 2022. Its shelf life is very high > 2075 production 2019 600 bottles converted to organic production. Too little to provide all Weinbepunkter bottles free of charge The 0.5ha plot of land is located in Barsac, a small appellation in the immediate vicinity of the Sauternes region. The vines grow right around the banks of the Ciron, which flows into the Gironde. As in neighboring Sauternes, the soils are sandy, mineral and very calcareous, made to grow great wines.
