About the wine
The grapes grow on very sunny slopes on sandstone and volcanic soils, which contain a high concentration of calcium carbonate and dissolved salts due to millennia of weathering, which gives the wine minerality and diverse aromas.

Tasting note
A shiny yellow, fruity wine with an overwhelmingly intense aroma of apple, quince, vanilla, biscuit and toasted bread, plus very finely smoky aspects. On the palate, it has a nice initial sweetness and delights with an incredibly soft, full-bodied and harmonious structure as well as a long-lasting finish.
