Tasting note
The intensity of its ruby red color matches the notes of black fruits, such as blackberry and cherry, along with light nuances of aromatic herbs. Structured and admirably fresh, with a long and persistent finish.

Vinification
After a short fermentation in a cone-shaped cement container, where they are gently and gently circulated, this Rosso matures for a year in large, unroasted French oak barrels. This is followed by a further three months in the bottle, the refinement. The result is an elegant wine.
