Tasting note
An intense ruby red color with garnet reflections, it immediately opens with a rich and complex bouquet with notes of dark cherry, chinotto and violet. In the mouth, it is fresh, silky and elegant, with a precise tannin structure. The aftertaste is very long-lasting with a pleasant aftertaste of cherry and chocolate.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with hearty meat dishes such as wild boar, lamb, roast beef, aged hard cheese or hearty risottos.
