About the wine
Easter 2019 is just around the corner! Make the most of it with this distinctive Grenache 2012 — Carrement Blanc AOC! The winemaker from the French winery Domaine de l'Edre is absolutely proficient in his craft. Elegance and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the sunny countryside of Languedoc-Roussillon. The Flaschenpöstler promise a dining experience when you serve this grenache with burgers with blue cheese or red meat.

Tasting note
Flat yellow. Aromas of citrus fruits, thyme, flowers, apricots. Crunchy on the palate, fresh with lots of meltiness.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with dishes such as sea bass with fennel, chicken tagine with pickled lemons or a selection of aged cheeses.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand and carefully selected. Fermentation takes place in barriques and temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is then aged on fine yeast in barriques, with regular stirring (bâtonnage).
