About the wine
With Chardonnay Unplugged, Hannes Reeh shows a sense of tact for its grapes. The unplugged wines from the self-confessed Nirvana fan come with “no frills”. Smells like teen spirit — and tastes really grown up.

Tasting note
Ripe, fruity nose with aromas of nectarine, citrus zest, honeydew melon and peach, underlined by a finely roasted vanilla touch from the wood. Round on the palate, fresh, with moderate acidity.
Culinary recommendation
If you like something a bit stronger with an aperitif, this is the place for you. Ideal accompaniment but especially to various fish dishes, crustaceans, pasta with cream sauce, white meat and poultry.
