Tasting note
A fresh and light sparkling wine. salmon pink. Strong foaming at the beginning, then rather rapidly decreasing perlage. Subtle bouquet Some stone fruit (apricot) and berry aromas. In addition, slightly floral accents (rose, violet) and a slightly yeasty note. Strong, persistent mousse on the palate. Slightly sweet on the first drink. The structure is quite soft, of medium fullness and harmonious. The back aroma is also discreet. Some berry fruit, vegetable/floral notes, slight spiciness and some yeast.
