Vinification
Château Le Bon Pasteur is owned by oenologist Michel Rolland and has 7 hectares of old vineyards in the northeast of the Pomerol appellation. The grape varieties consist of Merlot (80%) and Cabernet Franc. The aging takes 18 to 20 months (80% new wood) and results in a ripe but balanced, smooth wine with generous fruit.
