The gravelly soils north and east of Gironde and Dordogne form the breeding ground for this Cabernet Sauvignon. The winemaker from the French winery Château Pavie-Macquin knows how to use them and delights us with this red wine. It's memorable: its attractive ruby red gives every occasion a special touch. The playful aromas of Chateau Pavie-Macquin Grand Cru Classé St-Emilion AOC of fruit compote, spices and tobacco express a lot of character with a very special structure. The distinctive nuances of black cherry, black plum and black pepper then show their own character. A fruity red wine with a strong body and dominant acidity, which pleasantly develops its lively structure with finely developed tannins on the tongue and on the palate. This top wine received the prize: Parker: 95+ points; Wine Spectator: 96 points.
