Tasting note
Nice, dense ruby red in the glass. The wine shows elegance, the minerality harmonizes with balsamic and floral tones as well as with the redberry fruit. On the palate, it is light-footed and fine, with soft but powerful tannins. The nice acidity makes for drinking and joy.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with poultry, pasta, vegetables, veal
Vinification
Manual harvesting. The grapes are destemmed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. A portion then matures in French barriques, the rest remains in stainless steel tanks for 6 months.
