Tasting note
The Egali' T Extra Brut from Éric Taillet is a precise expression of the Vallée de la Marne, carried by Meunier and finely complemented by Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The grapes come from lively clay and limestone soils and are vinified with patience and respect for nature. Aging according to the principle “Everything takes time” gives champagne elegance, juicy fruit and a clear, salty-mineral tension. Dry and rich in finesse, an authentic champagne with an unmistakable signature.
Culinary recommendation
