Dr. Bürklin-Wolf has been shaping German wine culture since 1597. Fritz Riesling is an homage to winemaker Fritz Knorr, who died in 2012. The grapes come from the top plots in Ruppertsberg. Juicy fruit meets cool minerality, lively acidity and fine melting. A wine full of energy, depth and origin — just as brilliant as an aperitif as with a meal.
