About the product
The Dane Henrik Hammer, son of a gin bar owner from Copenhagen, understood geranium as the taste of gin because the smell of the leaves reminded him of the aroma of gin and tonic. With the help of his father, who often worked with essences and oils as a chemist, he began experimenting. With the London-based Langley Distillery, he found a producer who produced the classic dry gin. The geraniums for this gin are harvested and freshly processed in Denmark. In addition to juniper, lime, coriander, iris and angelica are also represented.
