About the wine
The Perrin family has been making respectable wines for five generations. “La Gille,” one of the best spots in Gigondas, is the birthplace of wines that delight with their elegance and complexity.

Tasting note
Clear ruby red color Extremely delicious on the nose with aromas of red fruits and strawberries. Very balanced on the palate, with soft tannins and a silky texture.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with veal with morels or crispy lamb breast.
Vinification
After assemblage, aging in barrel and barrique barrels for 12 months.
