Velvety at the start, this cuvée quickly unfolds into an almost endless wealth of roasted aromas such as coffee, mocha and caramel, which are backed by earthy notes of forest soil and balsamic notes. Powerful tannins underline the structure and texture of this characteristic sardine. In the finish, fine, sweet chocolate tones develop that linger on the palate for a long time.
