It smells completely clear and crystalline, which is rich in finesse and extremely sensual. The citrusy fruit is accompanied by a noble spice. Minerality is omnipresent and brings with it tremendous depth. Power and lightness in a seductive combination. The Kahlenberg is characterized by an incredibly refined acidity, which gives it a lot of tension, juiciness and dancing lightness.
