Tasting note
Eye: Medium cherry red with garnet reflections. Nose: Aromas of ripe red fruits (cherries, plums), vanilla, coconut, cedarwood, leather and tobacco. Palate: Well balanced with fresh red fruits, soft tannins and harmonious oak spice. Medium-bodied, supple, with lively acidity.
Culinary recommendation
It is ideal with lamb, game and aged cheese.
Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand in boxes, with an initial selection of grapes in the vineyard, starting with Tempranillo and 12 days later with Graciano. The grapes are transported to the winery in refrigerated vehicles to maintain their integrity. After a second selection on the optical selection table, alcoholic fermentation (at 27ºC) and malolactic fermentation take place naturally.
