Tasting note
It's scarlet. Pressed on the grappen of the oldest vines in the domain, aged for one year in wooden barrels. Intense aromas of black currants, cassis, apple peel and plum. Liquorice, cocoa and a little mocha on the palate. Beautiful tannin structure gives strength and finesse. Wow is that fine! >2045
