About the wine
With the dominant Trebbiano 2017 — Lugana DOC 'l Lac, you can offer your guests something very special. The winemaker from the Italian winery Soc. Semp. agr. Absolutely masters his craft in sigla Dossetto. Style and finesse are the characteristics of this white wine, which originates in the fertile and enchanting landscape in Veneto. Tasting note
The wine is rich, bright straw yellow. On the nose, it develops a compact and intense bouquet with a potpourri of ripe, yellow fruits, in particular mango and peach. On the palate, it is full-bodied and rich.
Culinary recommendation
This Lugana goes great with light appetizers, fish dishes and white meats.
Vinification
The grapes are carefully picked by hand and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature to preserve the freshness and aromas of the grape. The wine is then aged on fine lees for a few months to develop additional complexity and richness.
