Tasting note
Rich, impenetrable dark red. Complex and profound in scent, purple flowers, cedarwood, dried plums, tobacco. Very rich and rich on the palate, fine-grained tannin, beautiful, juicy extract with bite, mineral, compact and made from a single source. Great wine with lots of storage potential!
Culinary recommendation
Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Malo goes well with pizza with mushrooms, Gruyère burgers and ribeye steak. Our recommendation: Drink this red wine at a slightly chilled 16°-18°C.
Vinification
From heavily yield-reduced plots. Harvested and selected by hand. Fermented in barriques and then aged in barriques for 24 months. Free from animal products - vegan certified.
