Tasting note
Leuchtendes Rubinrot, Reichhaltige und elegante Nase mit Noten von reifen roten Früchten, mediterranen Kräutern und pikanten Gewürzen. Am Gaumen Lebhaft, saftig und fleischig. Dahinter kräftige, aber nicht aggressive Tanninen.
Culinary recommendation
Köstlich zu Thunfisch und gegrilltem rotem Fleisch.
Vinification
Gärung 9 - 12 Tage bei 26 °C. Nach dem Abstich reift der Wein für mindestens 6 Monate im Stahltank.
