About the wine
The Ciccio Zaccagnini winery in Bolognano, on the Pescara hills, has made a name for itself for its fine wines and the combination of art and viticulture. Since the presentation of the “Difesa della Natura” (“Defending Nature”) project in 1984 by the famous Düsseldorf artist Joseph Beuys, the winery has reflected its philosophy. Every year, Zaccagnini produces admirable wines that are convincing in terms of quality and quantity.

Tasting note
That stays in the memory: Its elegant ruby red lends an extravagant touch to any occasion. A strong body and dominant acidity result in the red wine, which, balanced with fine tannins in the mouth, shows a lot of character and class. This top wine was awarded: 2 points Gambero Rosso.
