About the wine
Terroir sense Fronteres is the new Montsant project from Priory Superstar Dominik Huber. The locations are just a stone's throw from Dominik's top Garnacha Les Manyes removed. Dominik considers the terroir here to be of equal value, hence the name Sense Fronteres. The approach to cultivation and cellar technology is the same as on Terroir al Límit: Mediterranean Wines, straight to the point, whole grape fermentation, no new wood, aging only in steel tank, amphoras and concrete.

Tasting note
Hippie on high. These are not lush meadows, they are rather barren, rough, earthy, herbs, and yet the luck of the dropout, this untamed nature, though no danger, unadjusted and right here, glowing the dark, fresh berry fruit, lots of Mediterranean herbs, despite the wild, dark earthy notes, it seems so natural, pure, carefree, lots of relaxed joy. Wonderfully relaxed on the palate, light and aromatic wild, dark berry fruit, dark spicy minerality, licorice, ash, dark, moist soil, Mediterranean herbs, even a touch of anise, yet crispy, so nothing to you, cheerful and cheeky, such a slight unconventional pleasure. It's great how dark yet lively and fresh this wine is.

Von den Flaschenpöstlern empfohlen: Montsant Negre harmoniert ausgezeichnet mit scharfem Essen, Burger mit Blauschimmelkäse und würzigen Gerichten. Unsere Empfehlung: Der Rotwein schmeckt am besten bei leicht gekühlten 16°-18°C.
Vinification
Very selective harvest by hand. 10 days of whole grape fermentation with the vineyard's own yeasts and aging for 8 months in steel tanks.
