Tasting note
Ruby red. Intense start with sweet raisin and plum compote notes, which are complemented by clove and pepper aromas. On the palate, you discover a complex aroma package that flatters and seduces from the very first drop. Aromatically, you have to think of plums, vanilla, cinnamon, apple compote and pepper. Thanks to the subtly tart but wonderfully mature tannins, the structure of this Nebbiolo is impeccable and stately. Elegant in style and long finish. A festive wine that has something proud and worthy in its soul.

Vinification
A special selection of very old vines (50 years) from the best vineyards in Valtellina. The grapes for the Numero Uno are slightly dried for 2 months. After vinification in steel tanks, the wine matures for 18 to 24 months in exclusively new French oak barriques.
