The Ojo de Agua Cuvee Special Barrel Selection is THE wine of the jack of all trades Dieter Meier! Dieter Meier is at least as successful with his winery in Argentina as he was with his band Yello. A real chart topper!

Tasting note
Clear dark ruby red. Intense scent of ripe berries, rose petals and a slight spicy note. Dry on the palate with medium acidity, round tannins and a fruity, strong body with a long finish. The ideal accompaniment to hearty meat!
Culinary recommendation
Perfect with grilled or braised beef and lamb, game dishes, hearty stews or aged hard cheese.
Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation and maceration in steel tanks. Ageing for 12 months - 50% in wooden barrels and 50% in concrete eggs. Free from animal products - vegan certified.
