Tasting note
It impresses with aromas of citrus fruits, green apples and white flowers, complemented by a fine mineral note. On the palate, it shows lively acidity, a harmonious structure and a long, refreshing finish.
Culinary recommendation
With goat cheese, asparagus and soft cheese. Our recommendation: The perfect drinking temperature for organic white wine is a slightly chilled 8°-10°C.
Vinification
It is aged in stainless steel tanks to accentuate the freshness and fruitiness of the wine.
