Tasting note
Dense black red that plays into purple and aromas of blackberry, cassis, plum and cherry characterize this fruity, rich wine. There is also a full, incredibly soft and harmonious body; the fruit aromas are complemented by notes of dried fruit, cocoa, licorice and vanilla and rounded off with a long, lasting finish.
Culinary recommendation
Beef with light sauces, lamb with dark sauces
Vinification
Aging in new barrels for 12 to 18 months.
