Tasting note
The aroma is reminiscent of exotic fruits, vanilla, almonds and herbs and vanilla. Velvety soft and very rich on the palate, very long and harmonious aftertaste.
Vinification
Distillation is traditionally discontinuous, which produces the best quality. Ras raw distillate matures in French barriques for 4 years.
