About the product
In 1890, Giobatta Poli founded the Schiavon Distillery. In 1921 she was renamed by sons Giovanni, Beniamino and Pasquale Fortunato at Distillery Poli. Over the last 100 years, investments have been made in equipment to maintain the quality of the distillates at a high level.
