About the wine
Picturesque landscapes of Burgenland give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Austrian Weingut Johann Schwarz creates this white wine with refinement and experience. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Chardonnay with goat cheese or fish with herbs.

Tasting note
Barrique aging for 12 months in 60% new wood and 40% refilled barrels. Spicy and inviting scent of sweet yellow apple, ripe pineapple, honey and blooming meadow herbs, spiced with fine roasted and nut notes. Powerful, complex, yet juicy and elegant. Subtle yellow tropical fruit and fine mineral notes on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with noodles with chanterelles, fried or poached fish with Noilly Prat sauce, poultry or white meat.
