Tasting note
Blackberries, dried fruit and soft vanilla and cinnamon aromas inspire nose and palate in this rich garnet red wine. A light initial sweetness, a full body, a smooth, harmonious structure, lots of fruit and a long finish make the wine a lasting pleasure.

Pasta with meat, beef with dark sauces, grilled or fried, veal with dark sauces
Vinification
Silentium was given plenty of time to reach perfect maturity: The wine rested in barriques in the silent cellar for a long time and was able to develop its full strength undisturbed.
