About the wine
The Son Antem Malva is a dry cuvée made from 82% Malvasia aromatica and 18% Giró Ros, with a strictly limited production of only 1150 bottles. The Malvasia grape variety shows its aromatic but not exuberant style here and combines fragrance with precise acidity. In the 2024 vintage, the wine was aged dry and optimised in length and structure by blending both grape varieties. The distinctive acidity gives it freshness and great aging potential.

Tasting note
Light golden yellow in the glass. On the nose, floral notes, citrus zest, ripe peach and a touch of exotic fruit, underscored by fine spice. Lively and precise on the palate, with distinctive, clear acidity, salty minerality and a long, elegant aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with seafood, oysters, grilled fish, Asian cuisine with fine spiciness, goat cheese or dishes with citrus and herbal notes.
Vinification
The Malvasia was fermented in stainless steel tanks and stored on fine yeast without stirring. The Giró-Ros portion fermented in new 500-liter French oak barrels and also aged on lees without batonnage. The components were assembled in June 2025 and bottled on July 10, 2025 after light filtration but without fining.
