Tasting note
Illustrious gentleman and crook. It is initially harmless and courteous, juicy, young red fruit, a touch of vanilla, but not clumsy or naive, rather clever and alert, cool character, not too sweet, subtly ethereal, undergrowth, spicy. Playful and adaptable on the palate, almost elastic, soft, wonderfully easy flow, elegant yet with a masculine backbone, refreshing and entertaining at the end. Wraps its charm around your finger right away - great pleasure!
Vinification
Temperature-controlled fermentation, aging for 6 months in steel tanks, partly in French oak barrels, aging takes place for 6 months in small American and French oak barrels.
