Tasting note
Stunning nose with tertiary aromas mix with chocolate, black and red fruit jam and sweet spices. The long aging process shows a rich texture with balsamic wood facets, incense notes, roasted components that blend into a lush and elegant texture. Rich and fresh. His stamina and balance underline a strong personality.
Vinification
Ageing: 8 years in French oak barrels and aged for at least 8 months in bottle.
