Tasting note
A perfectly pale, lightly rosé color. Beautiful floral and stony aromas alongside subtle peach and melon notes fill the glass. The mouthfeel is tender and playful with fantastic ripe fresh fruit and classic minerality. The creamy yeast character adds a touch of finesse and calm, but also a lively, tasty acidity. The four grape varieties blend seamlessly into a wonderful rosé mix that lingers beautifully on the long finish. One of the most balanced and versatile rosés out there, ready to pair with a wide range of foods.
Culinary recommendation
The perfect match for seafood, chicken, turkey, veal, pork, and even spicy dishes. Great with charcuterie, cheese, and of course, classic bouillabaisse.
Vinification
Right after harvest, the grapes are gently pressed to separate the juice from the skins and keep that delicate rosé color. Fermentation is done in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to keep the wine fresh and preserve the grape’s characteristic flavors.
