About the wine
The T-Cuvée Rosso combines elegant fruit aromas of red berries with fine spicy notes. Soft, balanced and supple on the palate, a versatile red wine for convivial occasions and delightful moments.
Tasting note
It is a combination of tradition and history of South Tyrolean wine. In the glass, the T Rot shows a ruby red dress and a fruity bouquet.
Culinary recommendation
The wine is an elegant red wine that can be served with typical Tyrolean dishes, as well as with light meat dishes and pasta dishes.
Vinification
After harvesting, the grapes are delivered in small containers. The mash is fermented in steel tanks at a controlled temperature (26-28°C). Expansion and storage are also carried out in stainless steel tanks.
