Tasting note
It has a clear, golden yellow color and seduces with aromas of ripe citrus fruits, green apples and a touch of vanilla and oak. On the palate, it is fresh and lively, with a balanced acidity that is complemented by a creamy texture and subtle nuances of nuts and honey. The aftertaste is long and elegant, with a fine minerality.

Goes well with seafood, shellfish but also poultry and light dishes with vegetables.
