Tasting note
Intense straw yellow, aromatic nose of wild flowers, herbs and spices. The fruit is ripe with hints of honey. The acidity is wonderfully integrated and allows this Vermentino to mature for a few more years with great texture and charm.

Vinification
Macerate with the skins for 48 hours. Fermentation and aging take place in steel tanks.
