About the wine
Riesling Grünlack XO — the first non-alcoholic ultra-premium wine in collaboration with Schloss Johannisberg. An exceptional composition of the castle's private reserve wines, spanning the 1960s and 1970s to the present day. The scent features ripe apricot, candied citrus fruit and fine mineral notes. On the palate, there is a delicate balance of subtle sweetness, freshness and ripe notes — a complex expression of the highest Riesling culture with the typical characteristics of a Riesling Spätlese from the Rheingau region. An homage to 250 years of winemaking — reinterpreted as a non-alcoholic masterpiece.

Tasting note
Light golden yellow in the glass. On the nose, fine aromas of ripe apple, citrus and peach, accompanied by floral nuances and a touch of honey. Fresh and lively on the palate, with invigorating acidity, clear fruit and an elegant, slightly mineral note. Harmonious, refreshing aftertaste.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with light appetizers, salads, Asian dishes, fish and seafood, and mild cheeses. Also ideal as an aperitif.

The partnership with Johannisberg Castle combines centuries of Riesling tradition with modern wine innovation. After tastings of over 2,000 bottles, a cuvée was created from seven exceptional vintages that combines the depth of the Rheingau with the precision of our Berlin wine laboratory.
