Tasting note
You'll notice fresh aromas of citrus fruits, stone fruit, green tea, white flowers, chamomile, and beeswax. Some subtle, natural notes from the winemaking and bottle aging add extra depth and complexity. Thanks to the bâtonnage and six months resting in 500-liter oak barrels, creamy and delicate pastry-like hints come through. The wine has a smooth tannin structure that balances the fruit and oak perfectly. On your palate, it feels silky, elegant, and layered. Its lively acidity keeps it fresh and long-lasting, without losing silky texture. Flavors of citrus, stone fruit, and white flowers reappear, joined by fine, intriguing thiol aromas.

Vinification
The grapes are handpicked in small 11-kg boxes and cooled to 6°C. Fermentation and nine months aging on fine lees happen in 500-liter French oak barrels. Before bottling, the blend is combined in a concrete tank.
