About the wine
The Manincor winery is located in the midst of gently rising and sun-drenched vineyards above Lake Kaltern. Michael Graf Goëss-Enzenberg has carefully expanded his winery in recent years with a barely visible new wine cellar hidden under vines. Manincor embodies tradition and today's standards of high wine culture. Uncompromising quality standards are based on biodynamic viticulture. 48 hectares of diverse vineyards, carefully maintained, form the basis for unique character wines.

Tasting note
On the nose, a lively mix of citrus fruit, quince, green apple and a delicate floral touch. On the palate, it appears clear and firm, with fresh, well-integrated acidity and an elegant, slightly creamy texture. Fine herbal nuances and subtle minerality give the wine depth and refinement.
Culinary recommendation
Wonderful with light starters, vegetable cuisine, fresh salads, fish and seafood dishes, poultry and mild goat or cream cheese. A versatile companion that goes particularly well with fine and aromatic dishes.
Vinification
The destemmed grape berries remained for maceration six hours in the press to flavor and structure to extract from the skin of berries. Fermentation Made in wooden barrels, spontaneously with the grapes yeasts. During the nine-month expansion on the Fine yeast refined its aroma and taste.
