About the wine
RUMOR Rosé is an organic, vegan rosé from Côtes de Provence, dry-aged without residual sugar. With great sensitivity, the winemaker composes a cuvée from selected top regions in the region, the origin of rosé, and thus creates an elegant, clear wine with a modern profile.

Tasting note
This rosé is all about finesse, showing off a delicate, pale pink color like rose petals and camellias. On the nose, it’s fresh, light, and airy with elegant floral hints and ripe Mediterranean fruits, all brightened by a splash of citrus. On the palate, lively freshness greets you first, balancing everything out perfectly. The texture is smooth yet vibrant, finishing off with a harmonious and precise finish.
Culinary recommendation
Pairs great with Mediterranean dishes, light pasta, sushi, and grilled seafood.
Vinification
The grapes are picked before sunrise at a cool 6–8 °C to lock in freshness and liveliness, striking the perfect balance between structure and fruit. After gentle sorting and destemming, the grapes are quickly taken to the winery, where they're softly pressed and macerated. Each lot is vinified separately, then blended to bring out those delicate aromatic, fruity, and floral notes. Finally, the wine ages for three months in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks on fine lees to keep its natural clarity.
